Well I guess the first question we should ask you, is why should customers choose you?
We stay in business. I see companies pop up on the internet almost weekly, and try and price these ridiculous rates, sell a few tickets, and then they are gone. I think they must have learned the hard way, in order to supply the customer a solid client experience, you have to be there all day, everyday.

That would be my next question, you seem not to be the very cheapest out there?
I am not. And while we are very competitively priced, we have to keep our rates at where they are to provide the excellent customer service that leads to repeat business year after year. Most of our clients want great customer satisfaction, and may pay a few extra dollars if it means them getting where they are going and back without any hitches.

What kind of tickets do you sell?
We are fortunate enough now to offer every sort of discounted ticket there is out there. From the most popular award seat booking, to bulk rates with airlines, in which consumers earn miles and are refundable.

Are award seats illegal?
Absolutely NOT!! That is exactly what the airlines hope you would think. Airlines want people to accumulate miles, and then simply have them expire and never used. And on the other hand, they want consumers to walk up and pay $10,000+ for a business class seat from LA to London. We are hated and constantly bothered by airlines wanting us to stop helping people save money. It's just greed.

So there is really no risk buying from you then say, the airline directly?
No risk at all. We are one of the only agencies to offer a satisfaction guaranteed. We will get you to and from your destination in the most comfortable means possible and let you have an enjoyable time doing so.

Are changes allowed with your tickets?
Yes. If there happens to be a situation in which they are not, we will always let the client know before purchasing.

And are your tickets refundable?
Yes, we do offer tickets that are refundable. However on the award seats, they are not, simply due to the fact we have to purchase points from someone to ticket the tickets, but even in that case tickets are fully changeable and good for a whole year.

Do you offer savings in ALL markets?
